The challenge: Hillary’s 2016 election campaign required a vendor to administer merchandise production and fulfillment within an extremely frugal budget.

Our solution: FII developed a ‘just in time’ merchandise inventory model, that minimized risk exposure to the campaign, while ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.

The outcome: Hillary out-sold Obama merchandise by nearly 50%, making it the most profitable political merch. program in history.  By the end of the campaign all merchandise inventory had been liquidated – meaning that the maximum ROI from merchandise expenditures had been achieved.
