The challenge: The International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) sought to offer its membership branded merchandise. The IAFF required that the catalog be robust and also reflect the numerous events the IAFF holds each year. Additionally the IAFF required pop-up shops at official events held throughout North America each year.
Our solution: FII created an enterprise-level online store which regularly offers new items and seasonal items. Marketing for the store includes a weekly newsletter, authored by FII, as well as integration with the IAFF’s official social media channels. FII also created a mobile pop-up shop that can be brought anywhere at the IAFF’s request.
The outcome: For nearly 20 years the IAFF has benefited from the professional e-commerce and point of sale services from FII. The sale of merchandise has provided a significant stream of revenue for the IAFF, while members delight in shopping it’s superior catalog of union-made merchandise.
